“I am an old school retired veter...”

I am an old school retired veterinarian. Dogs and cats don't verbalize their problems so getting a good history from the owner and giving a thorough exam is essential to a good differential dx. Dr Cohen would make a good vet - she listens and asks the pertainent questions
