The doctor was very compassionate and knowledgeable. She showed anatomy pictures to explain my problem. Nurse listened when I called and asked me questions, was patient, and scheduled me quickly for an appointment.

Dr. Tiongco was immensely helpful by explaining her medical findings, recommended medical procedures, and recommendations to prepare me for my eventual likelihood of needing to depend on others to help me as I age into my nineties.
