“Overall, Jo seemed to be annoye...”

Overall, Jo seemed to be annoyed that she had to fill in for this appointment. She was good at reiterating what I already knew from my discharge papers. She did not give any insights to the healing process and next steps. This was my first appointment after surgery and I really needed someone with a little more empathy.

“Jessica had the bedside manner o...”

Jessica had the bedside manner of a napkin. This was my first follow up post surgery and I was emotional and wanted my drains out. She tugged on the stitches in my skin and I informed her it was painful. She was not patient or kind with me. She stormed out of the exam room while my bare chest was still exposed and the curtain in the exam room was not closed. I am disappointed in her lack of empathy.

I couldn't even imagine what these folks have to deal with on a daily based. All I do know is that I was very satisfied with my care.
