Entering the facility I didn't receive a inviting welcome from the front desk but upon checking out she was friendlier. The ultrasound tech was amazing and very informative. My final consultation with Jessica Harry went well. I would have felt better to have been offered visuals of the ultrasounds and reports while she explained things to me. Overall I felt heard and understood during my visit!

Coming in with no idea what to expect, other than the ultrasounds, I believe I was given reasonable answers. Explanations of the underlying problems and the expected treatments were fairly explicit. Obviously hoping for the best after the treatments which are scheduled for Jan/Feb.
