She was professional and listened to me as I related the episode of dizziness and slight nausea and sensation of heat in my chest and neck. She felt it was due to dehydration and told me how to rehydrate with Gatorade and bananas. Then because I was having PVC's, she did an EKG. A friend had come to be with me, so she let me go home and told me what to do if symptoms persisted or felt worse. She also suggested notifying my primary care doctor. I am better today but not quite 100% yet and have followed her advice. I did not have an appointment and appreciated them working be in and seeing me soon.

Jessica was efficient, caring, and thorough. We are from out of town, and both my husband and I commented on how we wish we had this level of professionalism and capability at home. She popped her head in the exam room and had the nurse start some other tests when she realized that the first tests she had done were negative. At no time were my husband and I thinking that someone had forgotten us. The whole office staff was incredible.
