“I saw Jessica Berg for my visit ...”
I saw Jessica Berg for my visit and although she made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing, she didn't ask me if there was anything I wanted to discuss past the tests she was collecting samples for. I wanted to ask about some issues/pain that I was experiencing, but felt like she didn't have time nor did I feel like she cared about me as a person. She was training a student and seemed like she was more focused on getting the samples and showing the student what she was doing. The nurse that was in before her really took her time to calm my nerves, looked over my chart, and really seemed like she wanted to help me with the issues that I scheduled the appointment for. I don't think the doctor looked at my file before hand, because she didn't ask me about the pain or problems that I'm experiencing, which is what I went in for. Only collecting the samples for the routine tests, showing the student the "basics" and getting out to the next person. Basically, I'm in the same spot as I was before I made the appointment, wondering why I'm in pain but now I have another bill to pay. Very disappointed.
