Dr Chen is a fantastic listener, probably the most responsive doctor I've ever worked with. I always appreciate how well she listens and responds to my concerns and feel very comfortable in her care. My only complaint is that it's often a long wait to get in to see her (a ~3 months for a general check up). But I understand she only has so many hours in the day and it makes sense that a lot of patients would seek out her care :)

I have always had excellent care with Dr. Chen and her staff. The staff go above and beyond to make sure meetings run smoothly. I especially appreciate their efforts at this challenging time of rapid changes in requirements and health care support by our government. Dr. Chen clearly prioritizes patient care and communication with her staff, and that is reflected in their treatment of patients. I always feel like Dr. Chen listens carefully to my questions and concerns, and knows exactly when to recommend further tests, and/or referral to specialists. I am very happy with my experiences with Dr. Chen and her staff.
