I am patient here since 2005. My provider Doctor Winchester has helped through my journey to get well. I am doing well thanks to her attentive health care. This an awesome medical phacility. I walk in to my appointment and the front desk clerks check up me efficiently and friendly. The waiting room is awesome and Comfortable. The wait Is about less then five minutes. My Nurse is good in asking me how I am. Checks my vitals and she is friendly and attentive to my questions. She helps me prepare for my primary care doctor. Yeah!! Doctor Jennifer Winchester is my doctor for many years. My first appointment when I started to visit her I was very sick. I was felt weak. My knees had bad pain. I completed getting both knees replacements. I sinus surgery to improve my breathing. Bad digestion and found out I also needed hernia surgery. I was experiencing fever and got anxiety and worry about my health, bad bladder infection and issues. Doctor Winchester referred me to specialist to help me with surgeries. I am good now. My vitals are good. I am 79 years old. I feel much better now. All the surgeons referred by Doctor Winchester were awesome. I thank everyone of my BAYLOR SCOTT AND WHITE FAMILY MEDICINE. YEAH!!!
