Survey is related to my post-op visit with Dr. Struble. Initially, It was very hard to get scheduled To see her and my condition was excruciatingly painful. My regular PCP recommended I go to the ER if I couldn't get in to see Dr. Struble. That said, once I met with Dr. Struble, She heard my concerns and got me scheduled for surgery right away. She hears your concerns and acts on it. I would very much like Dr. Struble to be my PCP, but that is not possible. In contrast, over the years, my PCP visit is very short and seems more like checking a box - for an annual visit, I barely get 15 minutes Particularly for the cost of the visit.I don't feel heard.

Great experience:Knowledgeable provider and the care team; overall excellent patient- doctor experience: attention to details, providing a plan for the next tests, giving a clear explanation of the steps, helping to navigate sequence of those steps.Not so good experience: week of waiting for the first visit ( in my case, visit was scheduled right after emergency room, however the waiting time doesn't get shorter)
