The tele visit was handled with the very same professional care and attention shown during previous office visits. Dr, Rosen's staff took care to explain the process and ask if I preferred cell phone or computer access; I chose computer access for better visibility. The session with Dr. Rosen was very clear with excellent communication between Dr. Rosen and myself. Surgical procedure explained, outcomes discussed and follow up care outlined. An excellent tele visit.
