Dr. Moran is great, however the nursing staff frequently gets in the way of communication by NOT forwarding messages to her, or gating the communication with deflectionary replies, so requested tests or communication with Dr. Moran is next to impossible outside of the office.The nurses need to forward messages to the doctor without getting in the way of communication. I don't message to speak to nurses or be downplayed by them, that isn't right. I message to talk to my DOCTOR.
