had a virtual appointment with Dr. Kaplan, and she was incredibly kind and informative. She explained in detail what happened during my surgery [...] and made sure I understood everything clearly. She also shared the plan that she and Dr. [...] have developed for my next surgery. Dr. Kaplan took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and I truly felt heard and supported throughout the entire appointment.
