Most of my visits have been good, I only had one experience that I didn't feel comfortable in, but it was because of me not because of the counselor. I have already recommended this counselor to two other people.

Jenny always has you involved in the care you will be receiving from her. After she has explained it to you and made sure that you understand but if you do not like the plan, she will discuss other plans until one does feel right in your mind that you would like to try. Great care is taken when discussing any diagnosis that may not have been on the reason you were there, but had become more prominent while being treated.

Always gives all of her attention to you, each time you are seen. Explains everything so well, which is soothing to the mind.

Was listened to with compassion & great bedside manner. Allowed to voice how I felt in some of the sessions that were being made. Very good appointment.
