Office staff was great, I was taken before I could even have a seat in the waiting room, Ms. Drew was knowledgeable and, although this was my first visit with her she navigated my EHRs plus my verbal narration well enough to develop instant expertise. I left the appointment feeling listened to, and confident I had received excellent care.
