This was my first time meeting Dr. Demos and she was incredibly kind. She provided all the information I needed and then gave an opportunity for me to ask questions. When discussing a stressful concern I had regarding this pregnancy she was very empathetic and supportive. I always appreciate a physician who doesn't just tell me what I want to hear, but is able be honest and discuss things that might be disappointing in an empathetic way and help me understand. She inspired a lot of trust that moving forward I would be able to have constructive discussions regarding care where I would be heard and I could trust that she will be honest and upfront with me and we can have constructive respectful conversations if/when needed.

I did not feel that this first pregnancy visit was personal to me at all. [...] It felt very rushed and impersonal. Dr. Demos did not ask me how I was feeling one time. She went through her talking points and then asked me if I had questions. She did not seem to care about me. She said I should continue exercising as long as it's not in a heated room or a dangerous activity without actually asking me what I do for activity. [...] She didn't ask about my diet or anything.

Demos is extremely fast in everything she says and does. Doesn't give patient time to mentally process things and dismisses the appointment without going into detailed explanations or what the next appointment might look like.

I love Dr. Demos! When my OBGYN retired, she's been my provider since I've given birth. She is always honest but personable and she has my trust as a patient!
