Provider was great, medical assistants could be more helpful when doing their job. I wait longer for a medical assistant to acknowledge me even standing in front of there desk than waiting in the waiting room. There is also more than one assistant that can jump in and help when the main assistant to that provider is busy. So more team effort.

When I got the appointment I didn't really know who I was getting until they told me. I actually wanted someone else that I had look up but this situation I had I went with the available Dr. The Dr I saw she was very engaged with the questions I had. She made me feel comfortable and made me understand not to worry about my situation. She gave me advice and encouragement and I felt better. Thank you for listening to my concerns and thank you again

Nurse Decker was very sweet, very knowledgeable, and took her time with me. Although my wait time to see her was almost 50 minutes, it did not bother me because I know she was giving each of her patients her full attention and time. I loved how she took her time, answered all of my questions, and researched my file completely in order to assist with future care.

The provider performed the smoothest pap smear I've ever had. I kept waiting for it to happen and then it was over. She took the time to look over my medical history and answer my questions, without rushing through the appointment. That's extra important given the type of appointment. I hope she can be the provider for my next appointment when I need it. She did a great job!
