Dr.Shen is an attentive caring and knowledgeable doctor. She asks detailed questions to help with diagnosing symptoms. Although her nurses may change from time to time, the people I have encountered in the past 3 years have been consistently courteous and kind which sets the tone of the visit. Doctor visits can be nerve-wracking and uncomfortable. From the receptionist, to the lab worker to the nurse and to the doctor Lynnwood clinic workers are consistently warm, professional and helpful.
