“I felt very much heard by Dr. Sh...”
I felt very much heard by Dr. Sharon. He responded as openly and as thoughtfully to my questions and concerns after explaining my situation to me. He identified things on the MRI or CT scan images that no one else had seen. I felt that my lifestyle and how/what I use my hearing for (singing and music, and typical things) were very much considered. I could not have imagined a more kind or competent clinician.
