Biography

Jeff Riskin is a clinical social worker with more than 25 years of experience. He uses cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques to help individuals of all ages experience wellness. Jeff has special medical interests in cognitive behavioral therapy; family therapy; maintaining mental wellness in medically needy individuals; and treatment of ADHD, anxiety and depression disorders, and trauma.
