My care provider, Jeanette Kane, is fantastic. The Care team around her are all great as well. These surveys, however, are too long, annoying, and disrespectful of my time. I do them because I respect my care team and my provider so much that I will spend my time to stand up for them against these surveys. Cause that's how it feels. Like you're micro analyzing them. That's too bad. The team is great, and the survey shows a lack of trust rather than general interest in the patients experience.
