“Great experience”
She came highly recommended from a family friend.I liked how she was able to work with my though processes first. Then work finally started on behavioral changes. There were homework assigned and it helped me gather my thoughts for the next session. She has helped me tremendously. I saw her for 6 months, twice a week. I feel more capable of handling my life stressors as i learned skills to solve my own problems to to see patterns before they would become a problem. Still see her every other month for a check in session.
