Jason did an excellent job of explaining the science behind why I should and shouldn't be changing certain eating habits to help prevent stones. He also didn't jump right to prescriptions to fix my issues which is rare these days and greatly respected by me as I avoid prescriptions as much as possible. He also showed restraint in the practice of basic experimentation by changing minimal variables and then testing results before changing more. He has immense respect from me which is not easy gain based on lots of bad experiences I've had over the last 6 months.
