“Dr. Baker's in person articulati...”

Dr. Baker's in person articulation and word choice is exemplary. His after visit summaries tend to lean towards medical jargon which are not in the average layperson's lexicon. And I believe that my vocabulary is much more well-developed than most of the general public so if I struggle with comprehending his notes I can only imagine the difficulty others may have. I don't believe this use of jargon is intentional by Dr. Baker. It is merely indicative of his thinking.
