While Dr. Jones was attentive to me, he seemed a little distracted and was constantly playing with and fidgeting with his phone. He also was reading something, a text perhaps, while he was providing my care. I feel like I did not have his undivided attention. His playing with his phone was distracting to me. He was well-prepared for my visit and knew of my medical history and past concerns. His behavior was so distracting and troublesome to me that I would not recommend him to others at this point in time. Maybe he will act differently on my next visit.
