“I liked my provider; she display...”

I liked my provider; she displayed empathy and had good listening skills. However, I was overwhelmed by the information she was giving me, and she used terms I was unfamiliar with. The appointment felt a bit rushed and I felt there wasn't time for me to ask clarifying questions (thank goodness for the internet, though I know there are risks associated with trusting Google results too much).
