She was also very encouraging, very reassuring, thinking of the patient's comfort. Not only she is a skilled and competent provider, but also she is emotionally supportive of the patient, faced with some freightening health issue. She also has a pleasant and friendly way to talk to the patient the family, and made the appointment as comforting as possible.
