My care provider is terrific. I always feel like I have all her attention during my visit. To date, Janelle has never failed to ask "follow-up questions" regarding Issues or concerns raised during a prior visit (i.e., if she addressed a concern or issue during a prior visit, she has ALWAYS checked if the issue was resolved or at least helped with the solution she provided). Janelle even asks how my hobby (bowling) is going. In short, whether my visit is in-person or virtual, Janelle is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to address any questions or concerns. I never feel rushed, nor do I feel like Janelle is dilly-dallying.
