I think the assignment to change this guy's dressings caught AP Bell by surprise. The amount of post op bleeding was not expected. She probably had had limited forewarning or preparation for changing a foot surgeons dressings. This is not a complaint by the way. AP Bell handled the situation with calmness, aplomb, professionalism and care. Nor did I faint but rather felt I rode thru the adventure with her. The take away for Essentia is that I think she deserved better support from the organization to not be surprised upon walking in. If she wanted those surprises she'd be over at the ER. BTW her support people here and in Superior were top notch on the ball.
