Dr. Rizkalla is highly knowledgeable and skilled. He discussed the x-ray findings in layman's language. Our conversation was like that of two friends rather than a distant physician who watches the clock to escape to the next patient. I told him that I my hands have been growing numb when holding my phone and reading in a reclining position. He suggested that it could be carpal tunnel syndrome rather than my spine and offered to call me to discuss it further. He instructed his medical assistants to schedule the call.
