Matt is one of the best therapists I've ever had & I've seen quite a few. He truly cares, listens, is highly knowledgeable, makes me feel comfortable dealing with my mental illnesss etc. Treats me with respect & makes me feel heard & validated. He continues to help me with all my mental health issues & I'm so thankful to be able to have him as my therapist. I cannot say enough good things about how he has helped & continues to help me. He also doesn't just listen but offers constructive ideas for me to think.about. He is also very good about getting back in touch with me if I have a question or if I'm having a severe Panic attack etc, getting me in for am emergency appt.
