“I was nervous coming to the appo...”
I was nervous coming to the appointment and wasn't as observant as I would have like to be. There was a male doctor or assistant who came in after the MA, to ask our story and he was extremely nice, listened intently and made you feel he was paying attention to every detail. He did Introduce his name & again I was overwhelmed & wished his name would have registered to me. He communicated our needs to the dr before he came on. He was very caring & respected my son as he told his symptoms. Then Dr Gregory came in after X-rays and listened again to our situation. He explained in great detail what was going on with my son. He eased our minds at a simple problem to him I am sure however he did not down play it. He did not make us feel like it was an insignificant problem. I appreciate his time, well educated assessment, diagnosis and at home plan. Very thorough. Great experience. He's very knowledgeable.
