Mr. Deol is very patient and very what I would call unflappable --- he is calm and kind no matter what. Explaining one's hearing problems is very difficult, and he knows this. He listened carefully to my explanation of what problems I am hearing with my hearing, and he came up with several suggestions about what we can do about this. He made appointments for tests, etc., SOON --- not appointments six months from now. That really makes a difference! I would definitely recommend him to my friends.
