“This was my first appointment wi...”

This was my first appointment with Dr. O'Toole. My pulmonologist had retired. She was personable and professional. I felt very comfortable with her review of my health records. She took the necessary time to review my treatment plan with me. She was not rushed to move on. I felt listened to. I felt very positive about my visit with her.
