Care provider was very informative and helpful! She listened and did not interrupt! She gave me multiple options and helped me understand each one. When I decided to do another option she was in agreement and explained all the potential risks and how the option was also beneficial for me. She even went over on time which I felt bad about because I did not want her other patient waiting too long but showed that she really did care, did not rush me out the door, and continued to listen attentively.
