Bad: I have been waiting since my last visit for a call on when my follow up appointments are going to be, I never received a call. I have called twice to find out this information and was told a nurse would call me back and I have not received any information.

“The wait was much longer than a ...”

The wait was much longer than a half hour but I took the opportunity and kept walking most of the time. I thoroughly enjoyed Joyce! She made me feel really well cared for like a mom to her daughter! She was super professional and very kind.
