“Dr. Smitherman was very warm and...”

Dr. Smitherman was very warm and open, listened well to me, examined my finger thoroughly and gave a diagnosis. He explained it well, answered my questions, printed out some photos and information then answered more questions. He was a "fill-in" doctor for that day and clinic, I had never seen him before, but I would feel good about seeing him again.
