“From the front desk personnel th...”

From the front desk personnel thru Dr Reynolds, himself, everyone could not have been nicer. (The nurses were careful to make sure he habitually entirely emptied his bladder each time he went to the restroom )The front desk staff made sure that while he was In the office, next year's check-up was scheduled & put in his book. (Most of the docters we see are only able to book 4-6 months out so ( that was in itself) a very pleasant surprise)
