The sessions are usually between 50 minutes to one-hour in duration. Birey Counseling does not accept insurance; therefore, there is no need to fill out lengthy paper work, unnecessary disclosure to insurance companies regarding diagnosis and treatment, as well as limited amount of sessions offered by these companies.
