I felt confident that I can count on the care provider to have time to see me, because it seems more rare for physicians to be available, but, the nurse practitioner was very considerate, understanding, and knowledgeable. I could trust him and he told me that scheduling appointments to see him is likeable.

The only problem was that he was planning to send in a prescription but it wasn't done until today after I asked about it through the patient portal. I went twice to the pharmacy yesterday but the prescription wasn't there. The pharmacy notified me today that they got it but now I'm waiting to see when it's ready to pick up.
