“I was disappointed in my experie...”

I was disappointed in my experience. I felt like he was in his computer the whole time and I didn't feel like he was actively listening to me. I did so much to get this appointment, and felt like his recommendations for treatment were a step back. This visit made me want to quit trying to get help for my chronic pain. I don't even know where to go from here?
