The doctor is of the highest standard. She keeps me well informed and repeats things multiple times to ensure communication and understanding occur between provider and patient.

I came to Dr. Micali for a sick visit when I normally see another provider. She barely acknowledged my worries about being sick and seemed more interested in my medication list. I take a lot of medications for my chronic illnesses prescribed by specialists and she seemed to want to change a lot of them. Even though this was a sick visit, I was not seeing her for those conditions, and she did not specialize in those conditions. I did not feel heard or listened to. This was not patient centered care.
