Dr. Micali was amazing! She listened to my concerns and took her time with me. I have been scared to get a Pap smear and she educated me and referred me to women's health. She has great bed side manner. I am happy to have her as my primary care provider

She was very professional, thorough, and made sure I understood everything she was asking and saying to me. She also made sure to ask questions to see if she was understanding my concerns and meeting my needs. She was very thorough and I felt very confident that I was given the best care possible.

I came to Dr. Micali for a sick visit when I normally see another provider. She barely acknowledged my worries about being sick and seemed more interested in my medication list. I take a lot of medications for my chronic illnesses prescribed by specialists and she seemed to want to change a lot of them. Even though this was a sick visit, I was not seeing her for those conditions, and she did not specialize in those conditions. I did not feel heard or listened to. This was not patient centered care.
