It was a video appt only because I was caught in heavy traffic due to an accident. I called the clinic to tell them that I would be very late or would not make it at all to the regular appt. The telephone rep was very understanding and advised that she would ask Dr. Mendelow what I should do. Five minutes later, Dr. Mendelow called me and suggested a telephone visit! Having my records, she was able to share information and diagnosis with me. She even advised making a future appt for a medical procedure. Three minutes after we hung up, another person called me to make the appt! I soon was able to turn around and head home! Excellent care!
