“I was called by my provider's MA...”

I was called by my provider's MA to offer a spot in my provuder's schedulle due to a cancellation for the next day. I somehow inadvertently missed the appointment fue to work related issue. I asked to be called If my provider would somehow see me If there are any last minute cancellation for afternoon. Wihin a couple of hours I was able to get in and seen by my provider. My provider was very understanding about missing my appointment that morning. Not only did she take the time to answer all my questions but gave me valuable advise. I love a provider who listens, gives direct answer without making me feel I am being lectured. I never felt rushed but instead, my provider gives valuable information about my condition before I even asked, I love that. And having an always happy, medical assitant by her side is a plus.

Courteous, attentive, provided valuable information. My only dropping is it was not easy getting an appointment at the time I needed it because the provider Schedules fill up quickly. I was grateful that they were able to move my appointment from January 2027 to September 2026.
