“Dr. Khallafi was so easy to talk...”

Dr. Khallafi was so easy to talk with and he listened to everything I needed to say about my problem. He thoroughly explained what he was thinking about the issues, what he thought the best plan was, and asked me several times if I had any questions. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed.
