“We love Heather and always feel ...”

We love Heather and always feel like she truly cares and listens. She even messaged, since she knows we live out of town, to let us know that if we were running late due to weather, that they would make it work and to drive safe. She's so thoughtful. She also works really hard to connect with our kiddo, who is extremely reserved.
