I had a really positive experience yesterday. I went in after finally giving in to a sinus infection that just wasn't getting better, and I saw Heather for the first time.I really appreciated her approach to healthcare. Her philosophy seems to align closely with mine-focus on being healthy, staying active, exercising, and taking care of your body rather than immediately throwing unnecessary medications at every problem.She listened to what was going on, explained her approach, and treated what actually needed to be treated. In this case, she gave me a steroid shot and antibiotics to help get the sinus infection under control.It was refreshing to see a provider who seems to look at overall health and wellness while still recognizing when medication is appropriate. I left feeling very comfortable with the care I received and would definitely see Heather again.

When I first walked in, the front desk (wish I got her name) was very nice and greeted me. I got in the room within 5 minutes. The nurse or assistant that came in to take my information and BP was very nice and pleasant. Heather came in after that and listened to all of my concerns. She was very down to earth and easy to talk to. I see a GYN every few years, but this was my first PCP visit in over 15 years, so I was anxious, but everyone made me feel very relaxed. I had X-Rays right after and Heather had my results in my chart before I even got home. I was very impressed with the level of care. I will definitely be recommending her for anyone needing a PCP.
