“To be honest when waiting on Hea...”

To be honest when waiting on Heather to come in, I had felt like just a number based on my interaction with the the nurse. After Heather came in and started to visit with me, I felt like she was interested and was truly listening to me. She made be feel valued and helped me understand what was going on with my health, and talked me through the various options that I had to resolve the situation. She made an uncomfortable situation comfortable. Appreciate her and will ask for her in the future.
