I asked the PA for help with extreme nausea and fatigue and a note for work to provide more flexibility to work from home as needed. She was unable to provide that and said to discuss it with an MD at my next visit in a month. A month is a long time when feeling sick and unable to get to work, I did not feel supported in this discussion.
