Dr Mai is very professional and confident but she is also a good listener, attuned to her patients's worries and concerns. She has an engaging manner, a mix of cheerful friendliness and respect. She addresses the difficult topics, such as the limitations of side effects of treatment, in a straightforward fashion while remaining positive and encouraging .
