“I was very well prepared & organ...”
I was very well prepared & organized for visit. Made copies of prior most recent PCP Dr visit summary notes & tezt reports done in another state to scan into my existing VM records. Also gave Hana typed recap of my healrh status in the 2.5 yrs I was in another U.S. State before returning to WA. Always liked Hana Ryan. Re-established PCP rekationship with Hana. After reading Hana's visit summary, it was very clear she took the time to read and incorporated my healrh update summary I prepared for Hana. Thanks, Hana!
